The Wind element represents freedom and movement, and our yoga classes embody these qualities by helping you release tension, improve strength and balance, and increase your range of motion. No matter what your skill level may be, Elements Yoga has a class that meets you where you are.
We believe yoga should be healing, inclusive, and accessible. That’s why we offer sliding scale pricing, donation-based classes, and a program that supports local charities so that your practice supports your wellness and your community.

“Yoga FOr Change”
Your practice makes a difference. A portion of every class goes directly to a local nonprofit.
This month, we’re supporting the Keene Community Kitchen.
Drop in classes are on a sliding scale (pay what you can) $10-25. We accept cash, check (made out to Elements MMA), venmo, or card.
We also offer memberships, which are the most effective way to support our program. Memberships are on a sliding scale from $60-$90 per month, and give you unlimited access to all of our yoga classes! Use the buttons below to sign up for a membership or place a one time donation.

Yoga For Strength
Build strength, stability, and resilience with our Yoga for Strength Class. This class combines yoga poses, bodyweight exercises, and physical therapy-inspired movement to improve performance and aid recovery. Our experienced instructors will guide you through dynamic sequences that enhance your performance and promote recovery.

Gentle Yoga
Find solace and rejuvenation with our Gentle Yoga class. Slow, mindful, and restorative. Our skilled instructors will lead you through gentle stretches, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques that help to alleviate stress, promote mental clarity, and foster a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Power Yoga
Power yoga is a dynamic, structured practice that synchronizes breath with movement, promoting strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of movements and posture, helping you build discipline, focus, and self-awareness.
