Our yoga classes are open to All Levels, meaning you don’t have to be experienced, be a certain age, or be a certain shape to take our classes. Elements MMA Yoga instructors are experienced in modifying the practices they offer so that everyone feels seen and safe. Through our moderate paced classes you’ll improve balance, strength, and flexibility while restoring your nervous system through yogic breathing and meditation.

Yoga is free to members and open to drop ins from non-members!
